One of my jobs, as a Personal Trainer, is to remove obstacles that prevent people from exercising. Hiring an in-home Personal Trainer makes working out beyond convenient! Imagine waking up, walking downstairs for your personal training session, then being able to shower and go about your day. It doesn't get more convenient than that!
This ties in with convenience, but also includes the removal of the hassle of packing a kit bag, fighting the traffic during your journey to and from the gym, and trying to find a parking space.
Many people, particularly those new to exercise, can find the prospect of working out in front of other people an intimidating one. With an in-home personal trainer you don't have to worry about that - you get to work out without an audience.
You'll receive one-on-one attention from me with no distractions. I shall develop a program with you, based on your starting point, your goals, any personal limitations, and your exercise preferences.
No Equipment Required.
You won't need to fill your understairs cupboard with fitness equipment. I shall bring everything we need to you. Available equipment includes weights, kettlebells, suspension system, battle ropes, exercise mats, exercise bands, bosu balls, stability balls, boxercise equipment and more.
To me, this is a really important benefit of hiring an in-home personal trainer. If you know we have a session planned, and that I shall be knocking on your door at a certain time, it becomes much harder to talk yourself out of training. Of course, there will be times when you may need to cancel at short notice due to, say, illness or a family situation, and I will always be understanding of that.
