Even if you've never exercised before in your life you can still take part in a seniors fitness program. I will work with you to create the safest and most effective workout to reach your goals - which might include...

  • Reaching a healthy weight
  • Developing muscle and strength
  • Improving Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Working to progressively improve flexibility and balance

We will also factor in any existing conditions that you may have.

As an In-Home Personal Trainer (see benefits), I come to you, with all the equipment we need, so you do not have to worry about transport.
